In awarding grants, the St. Joseph’s Community Foundation focuses on programs whose mission and values are compatible with its own. An underlying premise of the foundation’s grant-making philosophy is that any project funded should emphasize service to the economically poor and under-served.

Each year, the St. Joseph’s Community Foundation awards educational grants to deserving students who in return agree to work at the local hospital fulltime for one year.

Since its inception in 2003, the Foundation has awarded over $104,000 to sixty-five students.

The St. Joseph's Community Foundation is pleased to announce the Rendezvous Gala  held  on Saturday, October 10, 2009  raised over $111,000.  On behalf of the Foundation and this year's Honorary Chairmen, Dr. and Mrs. Bob Phillips and Dr. and Mrs. Craig Stephens, we want to thank all of you who supported the Gala.
